Erie, PA – MedNet Resources, Inc., a family-owned and run company that has been in the radiology business for over 14 years, is pleased to announce the appointment of Julia Spence as the company’s National Sales Manager. Julia joined MedNet in March 2010.

Julia Spence has been in the sales field for over a decade and has been the recipient of numerous sales excellence and customer service awards. Her extensive experience in sales and customer relations will be a valuable asset to the company.

Julia Spence graduated from the University of South Africa with both a Bachelor’s degree and an Honors degree. She has been working in the IT and medical fields since 2000. She started her career with the IT group, Softline, and worked for two of their companies in sales and as a Channel Liaison, earning an award for 110% customer service.

Prior to joining MedNet, Julia worked for Novartis Pharmaceuticals as a medical sales professional and worked with family physicians as well as specialists of different medical fields including anesthesiologists, cardiologists, gastroenterologists and OB/GYNs. She is very passionate about the field of medicine.

As National Sales Manager her responsibilities for MedNet will include, amongst other things, being responsible for sales, business development and the management of specific customers, developing new business prospects and enhancing current relationships with existing clients. Julia will also be managing and directing the execution of sales plans and providing leadership and training to the sales force in order to meet the company’s initiatives and objectives.
