Sharon D. Spence, R.T., Chief Operations Officer/Chief Compliance Officer is the President/CEO of MedNet Resources, Inc. Sharon has over 30 years of experience in the field of radiology. She attained her radiologic technology (R.T.) certification in 1969. For 20 years, Sharon broadened her experience in radiology as a technologist and a transcriptionist. Since 1989, she has focused her knowledge on mastering the radiology billing business. Sharon is a member of the Healthcare Billing & Management Association (HBMA), the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) national and local chapters. Sharon acts as the Chief Compliance Officer, the Director of Operations and handles all Professional Relations.

Hilton G. Spence, B. Comm is the Chief Financial Officer at MedNet Resources. Hilton earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 1988 and is a current member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). Hilton oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual tax preparation at MedNet. Hilton also analyzes the company's statistics as well as our clients' statistics and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track the company's business as well as our clients' business.

Calvin J. Spence, M.D. is the Executive Vice President at MedNet Resources, Inc. For more than 30 years Dr. Spence practiced as a diagnostic radiologist. Calvin spent six years as a staff radiologist at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY but it was as a solo radiologist at a small community hospital in New York that Dr. Spence recognized the need for a billing service just for radiologists. He is a member of the American College of Radiology (ACR) as well as the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). Calvin serves as a consultant to the coders for clinical issues and oversees all of the Interventional Radiology coding at MedNet.

Julia D. Spence is the National Sales Manager at MedNet Resources. Julia has a Bachelor’s and an Honors Degree from UNISA. She has been involved in the IT and medical fields for over a decade working for the Softline Group, Pastel Accounting and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Amongst other things Julia is responsible for sales, business development and the management of specific customers, developing new business prospects and enhancing current relationships with existing clients.

Emma M. Rossi is the assistant Operations Manager at MedNet Resources, Inc. Emma has over 20 years of medical billing experience. She monitors and provides work direction and supervision of all billing operations. Emma handles all employee issues. She is the Collection Manager, Refund Manager and Claims Manager, as well as a member of the Compliance Committee at MedNet. Emma also handles any special projects.
